The Beretta M9A1 is a full-size semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm and built on the proven 90 Series platform. Developed to meet the requirements of the U.S. Marine Corps, it features a 4.9-inch barrel, a DA/SA trigger, a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny accessory rail, and an aggressively checkered frame for improved control. Additional features include a beveled magazine well, an open-slide design, ambidextrous safety/decocker, and sand-resistant PVD-coated magazines for reliable operation in demanding environments
