Freedom Armory, Elizabethtown opened in 1961 as Tropical Treats, which became Trop Gun Shop in 1990. After decades of building Lancaster County’s premier firearms destination for both retail and range membership Trop joined Freedom Retail Companies in June of 2025. The range facilities in Elizabethtown were built on a Savage Wet Snail trap system with targets by Target Turner. The facility was modeled after the Marine Training Facility in Quantico, Virgina and includes 12 pistol lanes. Additional onsite features include: cigar humidifier, cigar deck, and gun locker rentals.
